I got this mail from CJ last night.

Hello XXXXX,

This communication shall serve as notice to you that Commission Junction is exercising its right to terminate the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement it has entered into with you in 15 days from the date of this notice.

Therefore, 15 days from the date of this notice, your account with Commission Junction will be terminated and will no longer be active. Please remove all links/ banners within 15 days of this notice because you will no longer be authorized to post such links/banners and receive any compensation for referrals through such links/banners after 15 days of this notice.

Additionally, during this 15-day notice period, if you violate the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement you agreed to follow, your account may be immediately terminated, prior to the end of the notice period, in Commission Junction's sole discretion, transactions may be reversed from your account ("charged-back"), and any attempt to rejoin the Commission Junction Network shall be null and void.

What this means? I have $400 in my current balance now. will i get paid for that or not? Mine is direct deposit.

What you've done to get that kind of treatment?

How are you sending traffic to CJ publishers.

i got some reversed transactions. thats why it came. so i wont get my payment? now

i already replied then. that i have running campaigns on adwords and microsoft adcenter

If you were using PPC, did you bid on the trademark terms which are specific to the offer you were promoting ?

Going by the language used in the mail, you should received your monies.

Its saying that. My account will be terminated after 15 days. Im new Publisher. i will get payment before it got terminated or not? coz i have still
400 usd in my Current Balance.

No, you will not get a payment most likely, you said you were new and you have to give new transactions 30 days to be verified by the companies you made sales with i.e you get paid for January's sales in February.

What did you do to get such a harsh email. I mean, I've been with CJ for over a year and have never had an issue like this.

it is hard to tell whether u will get the payment or not, it depends on how lucky you are.

This does seem quite harsh from CJ. Where you direct linking or bidding on TM terms?

I was not direct linking , i was using banners. I did not violated. I dont know why my customers charge back the transactions

Sounds like the chargebacks were the issue... I've been with CJ for over 5 years and love that setup... my account is a 4/5 there as we do a fair amount of business with them.

If you follw their rules you'll have no issues but you are doing something that is causing that issue with them.... shoot them an email and ask them what you did wrong and ask if you can rectify it... they may work with you as they are quite flexible.

Yes i replied to their mail. they were asking from where do i drive traffic. So i have replied them. Hope to get back sooon
