Hi, I bought a Google Adwords account from Nigun https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/nigun.1688504/
And our deal is if the account got banned due to "payment" issue he will replace it, then I sent him the payment, I got the account, just got 6 clicks to my campaign then the account got suspended due to suspicious payments activity, I texted him to refund me or replace he said clearly "NO"
I ask you Admin, can you please ban him from this forum so he doesn't scam another members? thank you
