I Got DMCA complaint and My one link removed from SERP.

I got DMCA Complaint, I want to know how I can take that post back to the website.
I don't want to re counter the DMCA Notice, what I want to do is Make new post regarding the same topic and redirect the removed Post to the new post.
Will that work?

recently received one , I just remove it. Just call it another day and move on. I read lots of stuffs on DMCA last time. A lot blogger just claim , remove and move on.

But what if that post is your potential post, Makes more than 80% of traffic to your site?
Why does DMCA happen, I don't even copy the single line.

I remove and yes admit I take from other site, so be it. But well come to DMCA also funny. I copy just put credit. Maybe I never put the source link back only by words, but if you feel your content is really super unique you ownself wrote, never take others to spin around than can file back, I do know some competitor using DMCA , fake claim it some even worst tell u give money that is scam of course.
