I got banned on Facebook for sharing contents on groups and yet I did not share this all at once. I posted about once a day but Shockingly I got banned. The content is just about fitness and nothing illegal. What should I do? Someone help

Thanks

Figure out a different way to share on the groups... I've been at that game for 2 and a half years and if you are offering something of value you usually don't have issues.

It all comes down to testing, testing, testing.

Are you sure that the sharing got you banned? If it is legal content, then there must not be any issue.

Please share to me the method you have been using to do this. How often do you post? and are you using your real account or you have fake accounts?

I have hundreds of accounts that post 4 - 5 times a week with links and 10 - 15 times a week without links.

I post in groups only and I only post relevant information; I also admin around 50 groups where we rent the cover to others who want to advertise their businesses in the geographical areas in which the groups are "located".

Group admin should report your post as spam

First never post in n group directly first comment then like , after that post . Simple as that

The "hundreds of accounts" you mention, can i ask if they are long established accounts or are you still able to create new accounts that have the same success?

They are established accounts and yes I can still create them with no issues.

I recently did a test on a 2 old phones using their 4g pay as you go mobile connection, these phones were never used for hitting Facebook, one i used to create a new Facebook account using the Facebook app and one using the normal browser. I took precautions and tried to avoid fbook picking the profile pics up through image search and databases and snapped a couple of pics of random people direct from my TV. I fleshed out the profiles and warmed them up for 2 weeks with text status posts, image status updates, liked pages, commented and joined 2 groups on the last 2 days. I posted one post in to a group (a Facebook page one) and BAM within 2 minutes they both got the dreaded photo upload check point. I nearly threw them through the fucking window. Any ideas what i was doing wrong to get hit so quick after all the warming up etc?

Just get 2 pics of the same person and send it in. If your account had a major problem it would just have been banned straightaway.
