Move your domain to Njal.la, or buy a domain .to, .cr, .org, .is, .co to avoid domains suspension. You can transfer your domain to Njal.la, you need to disable your whois protection or change your domain name!
You received the email because in Whois Proxy, some emails are forwarded to your real email account in whois.
This is the reason behind it, another they found your email in any contact form or old whois.
If you hosting doesn't say to remove nothing, don't worry. If your hosting says to remove, just move to other hosting offshore.
If your hosting has send the email or ask to you make a action delete, or remove that is because is not really offshore, change hosting! You have a thread with good offshore hosting here.
That is how things work. Make a move! Switch! Change! Easy.

You have tutorials in youtube. You just need to do how they do.
But you will do it in njal.la
You need first dissble whois privacy and go to njal.la put your domain, transfer, go to your domain registar and get a EPP code and put this code on njal.la make the payment and wait...
Or like i said, register a new domain is more safest.

Just to be clear the OP is our customer as he mentioned, and notice is not served by us yet. lol
This is pretty normal the whois record of your domain has a private email address with forwarder to your real email, its simple when anyone will send an email to your whois guarded email address that will be forwarded to you automatically this is how domain whois guard works.
Just ignore the notice and dont run out from your Window, Post more copyrighted content and be happy.
