How on earth did your site get flagged? It must be pretty big / well known. BTW was watching a youtuber that gets these DMCA letters all the time and he just trashes them.

Holy shit, how many visits and views do you have to actually get flagged by DMCA? I could copy fucking Netflix to my own website and still no one would give a shit.
It's either you are doing something really really well, or really really stupid.. Do you post ads on facebook or something with your website? how the hell did they find you?
Anyway, if your hosting provider forwarded you an email.. I assume it's time to switch a hosting provider, ASAP
Get an offshore hosting that doesn't give a shit on your local DMCA authority, tighten up your privacy and start hiding your digital footprints better.
If you don't have a single shred of idea on what the hell I'm talking about, I suggest you spend your sweet time reading as much as you can in BHW, many topics on DMCA here,
and in the meanwhile, get a freelancer to help you move hosting, cover tracks etc.. and if your website is that big.. start considering partnership with some technical expert that can contribute more and bring your place to the next level.

thanks man i really appreciate it. But i have taken a DMCA hosting from ONION HOST who has a thread in BHW now i need to think about my hosting? cause i have seen many people are recommending that hosting so i have taken it.

You probably running adult content site. You should remove those content if not you hosting will delete your account. You should get offshore hosting in Netherlands,Bulgaria or any country that dont care about dmca. How big your website? You should backup your data now. They may delete you account anytime. Best way is remove the copyright contents.

You need to better examine the situation and make a more insightful decision as to what's the best step to take, should you just remove the content in question? how well is that specific content doing? etc..

Thats normal - thats how whois guard works - their email address is shown instead of yours - they forward all emails to you
