It's a good idea to eat less meat (aim for decent cuts), but vegans can suffer from a lack of B12, which can affect your wellbeing (look up B12 deficiency).
This weather makes me want to scream. Every time I turn around, it's snowing again. I miss the beach. I miss my daily walks because I'm afraid that I am going to break my neck walking in this constant mess. I hate March, and January and February too.For NEUSA... not sure if you guys felt it this year like I did... but this was one of the most brutal, relentless, cold, miserable winters I've ever been through.
luckily many doctors have shown proof that not only are marlboro cigarettes mild and good for you. but aspartame is a good thing to ingest.
p.s. how do the vegan animals (elephants, hippos, cows, giraffes) get those much needed nutrients without snacking on turtles and frogs?
Lol at the people that think eating animal byproducts is essential. You guys need to get educated and stop listening to bs people with ulterior motives. Same way seo gurus make money off noobs. The next time you think that a vegan is lacking any essential nutrient or cant possibly be strong, just look at a fucking gorilla. That 'poor malnourished vegan' gorilla can rip you to shreds with one finger.

Just eat healthy, if you need learn how to , look for paleo diet. That's it.... there is same food what all fitness people eat, me as well!![]()
I have personally only ever knew one vegan, and to be honest, he looked seriously fucking ill everyday.
look up Jim Morris, a vegan bodybuilder.![]()
Then compare him with Phil Heath, good game
Firstly, a vegan diet does not provide all the vitamins and minerals we require. Vitamin B12 has already been mentioned several times and a B12 deficiency is a serious matter. Vegans need to supplement their diet in order to get the B12 their diet doesn't provide.
Vegans should supplement vit B12, that's correct. But you can create it synthetically, as far as I know, without the need for animal products. So, it really isn't an argument in favor of meat.
I wasn't making an argument in favour of eating meat. What made you assume I did?
If you read my first post in the thread you'll see I said I was a vegetarian for well over a decade and have also been a vegan.
I am not making a case for or against a vegan or vegetarian diet, everyone's diet choice is their own business. But there are deficiencies vegans will experience without dietary supplements. And some of them are dangerous.
So, it really isn't an argument in favor of meat.
