I don't understand why my accounts are getting shadow banned

Hi all! I'm new in reddit but learning how to warmup and farm karma and aged accounts. So, The problem is that I don't understand the reason why I'm getting my accounts banned
Using 4G USA proxies(decodo service), ADSPower.
Warming up by this steps(5-10 minutes per account every day):
1 day - log in and just scroll feed
2-5 days - scroll, 1-5 upvotes, 1-5 subreddits, changing pass if permaban
6+ days - leaving 1-2 comments to comments in subreddits under 150k
and after that on next days I receving error "We had server error", no avatar and in incogtino "Account suspended". Please help me

This account have been banned after last 2 comments, I relly don't know what the reason... While it doesn't ban all accounts from the same pack, I can't see what algorithm or reason it's banned for

Did you buy an old account? Personally, I think it's much better to create a new account yourself and build it up from scratch. I have a few Reddit accounts that I made on my own, and I followed a warm-up process similar to yours — they're still doing fine. I’ve also tried buying aged accounts before, and unsurprisingly, they got banned pretty quickly. From my experience, the issue is likely with the account itself. Old accounts sold on the market are often inactive for long periods, and when they suddenly become active again, it raises red flags — that alone could be why it got flagged.
 
You might be reusing browser fingerprints, clear or spoof everything fresh per account.
 
sorry, i don't get the logic behind that
there's nothing human in just scrolling down
any real human would comment and react from day 1
if your account can't even bear that, then they are selling shit for you
those aged accounts with hundreds or thousands of karma being randomly activated years later are raising huge red flags according to what I can see on this forum
 
an old account suddenly being active will immediately be flagged, not neccesarrily banned, as a new bot/spammer. its one of thier recent changes earlier this year.
 
An account that becomes active after being dormant for a long time may get flagged, though not necessarily banned, as a potential bot or spammer. You can try create accounts by yourself and warm them up.
 
Are your comments similar across accounts? Reddit is sensitive to content duplication. Also consider the age of the subreddits. Newer less moderated communities are often targets for bots so participating there might raise red flags. Try focusing on established communities with active moderation and unique comment content.

Each comment is unique, under a unique post.

I tried to leave comments right away, but it still turned out the same

Some factors to consider:
1. Short period of warming - Try to increase the period to 1-2 weeks. As I see, the account was made in 2019, but you start to use it in 2025. It screams "farmed account".
2. Try to comment in smaller subs (at least 20 comments) - Don't rush or spam. Your interaction should be as natural as it can be. There isn't a "5-10 minutes recipe".
3. Make sure your system don't have any leaks.
4. The accounts were already flagged as "farmed", so there is a lost case.

Can be any of these reasons, but I would focus on the first 2 points. Here is my Reddit account creation thread - maybe it will help you.

no, even up/down votes will get you flagged, you need to just be active for a few days, ( browsing, then 1 comment/upvote per day)

its quite tedious to do.

That's what I do. You just wrote that inactive accounts should be come back with loads of activity
the account on the screenshot is just not quite right. I'm trying different approaches, and one of the first was activity every day, comments, etc

Again: The account was created almost 6 years ago. It's a red flag for a sudden activity. Interact with small subs in the first 2 weeks or so, but keep a logic there (don't surf from anime > small snakes niche > boat engines > chess strategy, because it don't make any sense).
 
You shouldn't buy blank aged accounts. You have to grow your account from scratch. Big number of aged accounts were flagged already and they will be shadowbanned no mather what you do. But, you never know if you have flagged accs. Also, if accounts are clean, sudden activity after few years could easily activate more strict filters and then shadowban it. Reddit is not stupid, they know how people farm accounts. Their robots probably know you're using proxy, they know you're using antidetect browser and they monitor your activity until they decide to shadowban you. I've noticed that Reddit is very strict to antidetect browsers.

If you're getting shadowbanned consistently across new Reddit accounts, even with proper phone and email verification, that usually means one of two things: either your device/browser fingerprint is leaking obvious patterns, or your content behavior is triggering Reddit's internal trust filters.


From your screenshot, the accounts look "technically clean" on the surface, karma, followers, posting history. But Reddit doesn’t just look at what you post. It tracks how you behave right after account creation: speed of engagement, sub choices, posting intervals, comment types, and even how fast you switch IPs or devices.


If you're reusing device setups or cloning environments, even slightly, Reddit will catch it. The trust score tanks instantly. You’re not being banned for spam, you’re being flagged by pattern detection.


Best path forward:
– Rotate not just IPs, but full browser and device profiles.
– Slow down the behavior to mimic natural onboarding.
– Don’t post links or commercial comments in the first few days.


Technical clean setup + behavioral realism = survival.
