here is the story
my new ad acc with verified Business Portfolio i added and verify payment method then i added 25$ as funds in the ad account
i am trying to run small ad with 5$ per day and it shows me this error Code:

Account Restriction. Please try again later: We're facing some trouble with your account. Please try again later. (#3910001)
I contacted meta support and still ongoing but they seem they don't know exactly where the issue stems from they asked for a lot of information and still not resolved
anyone can guide me through this from your experience
thanks in adv

This is usually an automated trust restriction on a brand new ad account, not something you did wrong. Adding a business, payment method and funds all at once often triggers it. Best move is to stop changing things and let the account age for a few days.

Sometimes the system just needs time to cool off. Leaving the account untouched for a bit and then starting with very light activity has worked better for me than pushing support back and forth.

Another way to approach it is to run minimal test ads with the lowest budget possible after waiting a few days. Make sure all account info matches your business documents exactly this helps reduce automated flags while meta gradually recognizes the account as legitimate.

Error #3910001 usually appears when Meta detects something unusual with a new ad account, payment method, or spending pattern.

This usually happens with new accounts or fresh funding; Meta’s system flags it for verification. Keep working with support, ensure all business info is complete, and sometimes waiting 24–48h after adding funds helps.
