After I add a debit card to my ad account, I get an automatically blocked ad account. Facebook doesn't offer me any way to appeal and reactivate my ad account. I have already tried it on another 5 accounts and I have the same problem everywhere.

First of all I would advice you to remove the account name and details from these pictures. Second, imo, if it's bought account they are "burnt", or the credit card you are using is "burnt" by facebook.

Are you adding the same debit card on every account? Your debit card is likely flagged. Try using another payment method. Once they blacklist a card they don't accept it anymore. I experience the same shit 4-5 years back. Change of card worked.

I use a virtual debit card. It is brand new. I need to verify a credit card that I don't have a verification button for anywhere.
