Hi guys, a video of mine that had exploded that made my cannal grow since a few days the visualizations have dropped by 99%

Question the viv fell the day after the publication of a new video that respects the previous one and 16 minutes long compared to the video in question which lasts about 6 minutes ... could this be the cause? since the cannal is new and does not have many members ....

Yeah same happen to me.. impressions and views dropped like 95%.. now 2-3 uploads later the new video skyrocked extermly.. so just go and ignore this drop
 
Fresh channel, no blackhat tricks, no buying anything. Just straight up original content.

The battle is going well. I feel the channel has momentum and I will continue to post daily. Each video easily gets into the hundreds of views now, which is nice considering I don't even have 15 videos up!

The 7th video is a 30 minute video unrelated to my niche or channel. It is there literally just to soak up hours. 75% of my watch time is from that one video. I don't think it affects my channel or other videos at all. I will post more like them at strategic points in time. What those points are...I haven't figured that out yet! :p

Now, how to accelerate the getting of subscribers...

"Your CTR must be always above 15% for browse feature"

Im on a niche where i think most of the interested people will have to search for it directly, i dont think it will be interesting for people that are just browsing. Should i focus on SEO?
 
This makes no sense and seems absolutely random; however, if someone could try to come up with some sort of explanation I would like to hear it. 32 sec video with 31sec average view duration from browse features and 30.0% CTR, doesn't get pushed by YouTube and only gets 20 impressions. Another video, same length, same topic, worse retention and only 10.0% CTR is getting hundreds of browse feature impressions. How??

I'm easily gonna hit the 4k watch hours, but gdamn I need more subscribers. These views could be earning me some bucks! How can I do this faster?

Overall though I'm pretty happy. I've really zeroed in on a niche and I'm pretty sure I can beat the crap out of most of the established players in the space.

I have deviated from Paddy in this regard. Around 75% of my traffic is from suggested videos, and I think SEO plays a big part in that. My titles are horrible SEO salad.

What can you suggest me to improve seo?
Im new on this niche but i have better content than stablished players, but i think thats not enought to get more views is it?

That's pretty normal, that's the end of the video, keep making new video, the one going nothing will go up again if your channel is getting promoted, this is 1 of my video, it's always like this, probably your CTR is getting lower so it wont suggest anymore until it goes up again. The moment it goes down that mean algorithm is testing new viewers, if you can keep your CTR equal to return viewers or even make it higher than your niches, your video will go viral and have like 1-2M views. That's how algorithm work for my first viral video as the page 1 i post.
This video was getting 21k views at the first hour then reduce slowly to 1k steadily per hours because i cant keep CTR

@PaddyVu Why I do always have ''Search CTR'' greater than ''Browse Feature CTR''.

My video's length is: 5:30minutes
 
This is why CTR always KING of all stats. Keep your CTR as high as possible and you will get another boost from algorithm :)
As you can see, the moment it drop below 15%, my views is getting slower and slower but it gain back when CTR come back to life :D

Editor tool in youtube is quite fun, i edit a video that has over 800k views by cutting around 1s from that video ( This video was long ago and still has 1k views/48h )
After the cut, entire channel go down like the first square, then i revert the video back to normal, entire channel go up again lmao :D So the duration of an old video affect entire channel
Hope i wont kill my channel :p
