I posted my first video on brand new channel and have been tracking the analytics. My CTR% took a hit and is a low 29% I was wondering if that was the reason why you said you delete your Reddit post after it gets like 15 - 50 external views from reddit?
 
Why such people rewatch/rewind a lot my video but they dont even hit like button? Probably they dont like my niches, well fk algorithm, why give my videos to those who dont like it :( ( I'm able to check this when algorithm havent pick up video yet )
150% retention rate + 0 engagement is worse than 70-80% retention rate + 1,2 engagement (like, share)
Note that share can be tricked by clicking the copy share button multiple times from a single person. I try mess around with my own video by clicking share over 200 times and that video turns dead... this is why "like" button worth much more than "share"

29% retention rate is really bad, no it's not about retention rate. I delete the link after 15-50 because if your organic views are lower than your external link, algorithm think this video is cheating, it will never pick up your video or pick up very late ( like after 10-15 days )
 
algorithm is just weird, it always buff at the start now then reduce to nothing then buff again, look like they changed how algorithm work :)

The number of words in the comment, the resumption of the title in the comment, the number of views, the seniority of the channel, the number of subscribers, the sharing on social networks like Facebook etc...
I recommend an extension for Opera like vidIQ Vision For YouTube Enterprise, it will allow you to analyze your video by video what does not work and what works !
