This is true, without SEO title, you need to share your video to reddit to get atleast 15 externals so algorithm will pick your video, this newest video took me 21 hours to get push because i share too late ( at 12 hours ), let's see how does it go 
Let me repeat, you only need around 100 BF views but also 15-50 external to get push, that's all. If you have 500 BF views but 0 external, nothing happen

My reddit account is very old and i create a lot of quality content so my karma is high so i dont think i will get ban, unless i put wrong tag for the video, it may get removed, not ban

dude you are killing it,
few question,
1- does youtube have specific time to trigger the algo ? like in past post you said 11th hour, then you said 20th hour, and as we can see it trigger at 20th hours.
so is there any hour timing that we have to check like, before this hour we have to meet the criteria so algo can pick it ?
2- in start, we can arrange external traffic from reddit, but for youtube organic traffic what method would you recommend for channel that are starting or have no sub ?

We are currently dealing with a problem that has occurred on 10 channels. It was really 1 to 1 the same process. It's about our videos being highly recommended, then after exactly 5-6 days traps. As if nothing had happened.

This does sound good, im still farily new to youtube but been doin it a year and also am lucky with a high quality channel / viewers, still small. One of my best videos so far was from getting in the browse features page, so i need to try to do it again. Im lucky that im in the recommended feed now otherwise id still be at 20 subs. This is a long term, all encompassing project for me though, so its a 2-5 year project for me to be a full time streamer. Im gonna use these tips. its hard to get a good CTR mine is 5-8% max
