I call cap on this, tried it and yt moved those views to subscription feed and watch later feed views. And not browse feature views.

I got my first views from search. IMO it's better than external for new channels. The key is spending a decent amount of time researching channels and videos in your niche, and find a keyword people will search for after watching their videos that no one else is targeting. This will guarantee that your video will be associated with channels like yours.
Assuming you have good click through (mine is 14%) and good retention (mine is 80% on 1.5 minute videos), then you should start getting views from browse features, and should have good growth from there and you can start using other tactics to increase views.
 
great! Are you making the videos yourself? are that organic videos? Or do you get it from social media?
 
Has anyone had success with longer videos rather than short videos? I'm talking about 8+ minutes

I did another experiment on my new video, I think maybe they are looking in the subreddit but I don't understand what a subreddit is and I'm still confused about looking for viewers or audiences who watch my channel

Delete extremely poor perform of a bad video will reset the algorithm for entire channel for sure ( poor perform mean : algorithm kick in but very low views, poor title ), i delete a video at the moment i write the red circle. It reduce everything to 0 for every videos then back to normal :)

Newest video, damn engagement is always the key, even your retention rate is over 100% but they dont hit the "like" button, your video is fked :( I'm going to redo some of old videos to see how this goes
