I made a new test channel, got external views from a source that fits my niche but just for ONE video.
Ever since then, my new videos get recommended every time. No need for external views on the new videos anymore. 8% CTR in suggested is huge IMO. Most of my videos if they do good in suggested, they get shown to browse features. Video is 1:28 Minutes and the retention is around 81%. Videos are 100% selfmade and this video got me 5 subscribers for 112 views which is a crazy conversion rate IMO. Keep in mind that I make extremly high quality videos. I think it will be just a matter of time until this channel blows up. If I can keep this pace up it shouldn't take long until l I can monetize this channel. Posting around 1-2 high quality videos each day. I will keep you guys updated.

how do you determine if its a high quality vid?
it is because of the niche? or the editing part of the video?

Like compared to my competitors. The cuts, the audio design, the presentet material, the research, the way to keep viewers hooked etc. You can easily tell what is made with passion and love. The most important part is that you like to watch your own videos and you get that kind of satisfaction when you watch them. The video got 7 subscribers for 125 views which is unreal to me. It shows the content is good and if I keep it at that quality I can monetize it in no time.

There's some kind of mystery algorithm here, i upload a good video, after 2 days it doesnt trigger algorithm, views stay at 300, i delete, upload again, then it triggers after 20 hours. I think the publish hour DOES matter but i dont know which hour is good, because if your fan is offline and only trash/hater stay on youtube, hater will click on your video then leave a dislike and leave, this will fck up your video :( This needs quite a lot of luck
This works on average/good video only, if you have excellent video, no matter how trash/haters try to kill your video, it still runs anyway
