Its hard to manage money when you earn less then you need for food, rent etc. You have to learn how to find a better job.

If you can turn things around during this rough phase, you'll do great farther ahead when things improve. Harsh living conditions are a great teacher. Been there too.

I got a part-time job but today was my first check. I've been living with enough money for gas and rent a room. I can't buy food, I have been eating the left over of co-workers in the break room (trash can) and the occasionally birthday cake/cookies/donuts, that the manager brings...
Today first time I bought food and a beer, I'm happy, I feel proud of myself.
I am a good boye.

you can. $1k is enough to have a good living standard, and it's the salary of the first time teachers. For experienced teachers up to 3-4k -> high class.

I appreciate your kindness! Today I received my second check which means I'm not starving anymore. This weekend I will go grocery shopping so I can pack lunch and save money, I put a full tank of gas to my car! and still have money for a beer. It means a lot that you want to help a fellow dog.
