I did not receive the Facebook code for my phone number

I have a couple of accounts that got their phones locked a few days ago and I have a sim but every time I log in it says a code has been sent. But it never came. If I request a new code, it says "error sending your message". I left them on for a few days and it still says the same. Anyone know how to get around this error and get the code sent. I did the usual Ccleaner etc. and change the browser. I am also logging in with a normal IP.

I need help from everyone

I only received the code from my phone, but it didn't send the code to my phone
 
try restarting your phone then log in again.
 
Your phone has no signal or what?
 
Are you sure that the phone number associated with you account is correct?
if it's correct, check your phone message settings
