I did not receive the Facebook code for my phone number

I have a couple of accounts that got their phones locked a few days ago and I have a sim but every time I log in it says a code has been sent. But it never came. If I request a new code, it says "error sending your message". I left them on for a few days and it still says the same. Anyone know how to get around this error and get the code sent. I did the usual Ccleaner etc. and change the browser. I am also logging in with a normal IP.
