I delete my post in blogspot but its still shown in cache while search in Google. Is there anyway to remove from cache too?

I want to know is there any way to remove it instantly as I am having problem from that cache file.

As far as I know, google updates cache regularly so it will be updated soon and the post will be gone from cache.

It is an automatic process my friend.
But try pinging your site, so google may try to re-index and see if cache is gone
They have option to remove live URL...not sure if that works for cache
I remember seeing it in webmaster or somewhere.

It might be there for a few days or a couple weeks.And it should be cleared out when the crawler revisits your site.
