This is my first (REal) PayPal account ever made, and yes I read all the horror stories since very long time .
I made every details correct(for a business account), since I have actual online business, which I still didn't start making sales on it yet .
+ since I work as freelance I thought I can withdraw my earning into my PayPal account, and later use it to buy stuff from it .
The only issue for me right now is the credit card, I can't have one issued from my country now, for multiple reasons I need to wait for about year to get new credit card.
So is it safe to use my account to send and receive money without adding credit card ?

Keep in mind that they can limit you whenever they want without any reason and you will be fine.

Try to use from same device and browsee, do not delete history, try to stay far from refund, disputes and read thier policy’s

All seriousness though,
Change the password and forget it.

All seriousness though, keep the dispute rate low, verify the account (with ID etc) & avoid any sales which would go against PayPal Terms and Conditions.

just follow the rules and you be safe

Best Tips:
1 - Log in Daily
2 - Add bank and card
3 - Add your social
4 - Be careful about items you wish to buy, but do not buy them as they could be a 'questionable' transaction
5 - Def set up an internet store but don't sell a lot.. or better yet. dont sell at all because a dispute could come from a customer to cheat you (and it will) OR perahps they might require you submit information on your product, which at that point they are suspicious, and will likely block you anyway

Beyond that......... You're fine
