I can't use PayPal, help me out please.

I had a PayPal account 4 years ago which I sold to someone for $$$, I was a newbie at the time.

I tried to create a new PayPal account on my name last year and got blocked after some days..
I tried again last week with a new IP address and got blocked again..

So basically I'm full of shit right now.

Anyone who can help me out?
I don't know what to do anymore, I want to buy something by PayPal and I can't, I want to sell and I can't. :(

define "blocked"...once you sign up what happens?
first advice: install a new browser, try a different ip, make a new user account on the PC just for paypal..if you are using proxy tell me so i can pm you what to do
 
I need PayPal with my name.
I created one account and they send me a e-mail which says:

Dear Mr,
To protect the accounts of our users, we check regularly
activities. Following an inspection, it appeared that you have multiple accounts and
that one of these has been used for activities that violate our
Terms of use.

As a result, we have limited your accounts. You will still be able to
view transaction history, but you can not send or
receive money.

Next Steps

As predicted by our Conditions of Use, the money will be locked in
your account for 45 days. The balance would be used to repay
buyers who have a claim, chargeback or other transfers in
to you. In most cases, before reimbursing
the buyer, you will have the opportunity to respond.

We'll email you after 45 days to tell you when you may withdraw
money from your accounts.

If you believe that this decision was made in error, you can submit
an appeal. To do this, go to the Help section at
www.paypal.it and click Contact Us.

When you call, please have the following documents:
1. Passport, driving license or other identification document

I don't know what to do now, I can't tell them that I sold my account.
 
If it's a legitimate PP account, contact them and offer to provide ID and so on. I know it sucks but since you've been tagged as having sold an account, you now need to provide the extra info: they think you are the guy who bought the account...

If they ask about the old account, say it was hacked and you lost that email and you lost the account access. Use a new email.
 
Could you access your account before you get ban ? or you could not create your account successfully & active your account?
If you could not create your account successfully then I think you are trying to create account with that email which was assigned with another email. Try new email.

2-3 Days ago i opened my new paypal but i did not face any problem. I hv many fake account coz In Bangladesh here is no paypal service so i hv to use fake paypal. I just open US account & buy/ exchange few $$$. Spend it where i need but i do not make any transaction above $50. I just use 1 pp for 1 time.
 
Well they pretty much provided you with the needed instructions on how to claim back your account, contact them and explain that you no longer have access to that old account, after creating a new account send them your info, they should reactivate your account for you, better yet get a payoneer master card by applying on the payoneer site then use the card and the info on it to verify your account, Paypal is kinda cool with that
 
Before you do ebay method you need to have a new phone number and IP address

Best way to set up a new Paypal without it getting linked to old account is to go to eBay and buy something it doesn't matter what. When it ask how you want to pay use Paypal as just a buyer account at first and setup a new account. Put in your name but change one letter in your last name. Put in your address but leave out STREET or LANE or whatever the last part is. Get a new credit card or just report your card stolen and they will issue a new one. Use it to pay for the item purchased on eBay. Link a bank account number and card number that have never been linked to any other Paypal and your new phone number.

If you did all of this your Paypal should be good to go. I would way at least 2 weeks before upgrading the account to a premiere account. I used this method and have had my paypal for 2 years now and it is verified premiere account.

If you need something to verify your Paypal you can also sign up for a Paypal prepaid master card as it gives you a bnk accnt # and CCD number and links to your Paypal so you can transfer money straight from Paypal to Paypal prepaid

Right after I created the account, it was already limited, I couldn't buy anything.
I used a different email this time but I think I might have put the same phone number. lol..

I have to go to eBay or it could be anything else that I have to pay with PayPal?

I'm not sure about changing the last letter of my name, how I can link my new Mastercard with that then?

Also, I'm not sure about what Quizzy said, I mean, if I add a letter to my name, how I can then withdraw money from PayPal?
It will not match the card or bank account.
 
As long as the zip code is the same it doesnt matter you can still withdraw.
 
I would do ebay cause they are owned by the same company, but yeah im sure you could do it with any other site u can use paypal on also. And all credit cards work mainly based off of your zip code when it comes to online. It will work fine
 
New address, new IP, new bank account. PP can link you with any of these
