You can't dm people until you have a certain number of post's
 
Similar issue was happening to me last week. If I'm first (try to be) to reply to a thread that someone else has posted, it won't let me post.

Reported it twice but go no reply.
 
Please post the thread link and issue in a report to support.blackhatworld.com.

That will be handled by those of us who are not mere mortals but a group that have powers above He-man.
