ok, I have spent some time getting a free nice looking css template, mod it a little to my niche and upload content to it. I added in some ads and put in google analytics and was all ready to go into the youtube market. but here comes a problem, I cannot make comments on videos related to my niche!

I have no idea why, I type in my comment, click the Post button, and it just keeps hanging there. the page loads for minutes (like 10) and refuse to post my comment. anyone have any idea? is it the browser (I am using Firefox 2.0) or what?

also, I am going to scrap some videos and upload it. I could like to know how to get my video up there in the top if any of you care to share it. if it works for my video, I will definitely rep you back.

i know your exact problem friend

you are putting the exact url in your comments

    so instead of putting

    http://www.mysite.com

    you have to do

    mysite . com

    have fun

thx, it worked. since when did they implement this? I tried repping you but can't find the button to do so. guess I am not allowed to rep someone yet.

I was thinking, how do you market your site in youtube with comments? or is making videos the only way to go since comments are easily marked as spam?

Weird, I hadn't heard anything about youtube marketing in a while and didn't even think anybody was still doing it. Good luck in your venture though!
