I can't get higher on google SERP

thinking and knowing are different things :)

Buying / building links is oftentimes the solution, but if your domain had been flagged / blacklisted / penalized by google you can buy all of the links you want and you won't ever rank again. Much better to do site audit + competitor analysis before you decide what the problem is because it could be any or all of these:

1) niche / keywords are hard
2) niche needs EAT (kind of similar to niche being hard, but it's extra hard this time because you need to be someone important in your profession to prove to a random american company - google - that you deserve the traffic they've stolen and monopolized)
3) your site sucks (it's slow, not optimized for mobiles, ugly, non-intuitive, etc)
4) your content sucks (if your content is 100% AI without any manual and quality editing, fact-checking and good grammar you'll probably not rank any time soon no matter how many links you build)
5) like I said above, your domain is flagged / blacklisted / penalized / banned / whatever, in which case building / buying links won't do you any good
6) the SERPs for your target keywords might be filled with google's garbage (generative AI, ads, youtube, knowledge graphs, reddit partnerships, PAA, etc). If that's the case you can build links all you want but you won't move a damn because there's nowhere to move up the ranks because... well... the spots are taken by google and you're not going to outrank google in google :)

There probably could be more reasons for which you can't get higher on google SERPs, but these are some of the major ones and, like I said, unless you know SEO (which seems not to be the case for you), or you find someone to look at your site, niche, SERPs, and competitors you will lose money / time if you build links that are bad and / or not the reason you're not ranking. So, take it methodically :)

How can quickly build ******** backlinks to my site?
Building backlinks quickly with high link velocity will do more damage than good.

Go for guest posts on sites with decent traffic and metrics. And start slow.

Just building backlinks won't help rank higher in Google. Your website needs strong on-page optimization with proper structure, content, and mobile friendly. You need to keep your site updated with high quality content with a good internal linking structure. The keywords should be optimized well on the articles, with strong backlinks from quality websites with anchor diversification, and social media presence.

You can try guest posts on relevant sites with quality articles, make sure you use diversified anchors to get organic traffic.

I think its because i dont have any backlinks. How can quickly build ******** backlinks to my site?
build quality ******** links and not building is essential just index them as well , many links could be as consider as outbound links which reduces rankings as well .

i have done both approaches buy backlinks on new domains and buy expired domain in relevant niche with good backlinks profile, expired domain option gives better results, and there is minimum investment, compared to working on new domain and building backlinks

If your website is new then just focus on the content and on page. If your site have enough age then go with guest posts and niche edits. You can get it from marketplace here itself.

If your website is new you need to focus on onpage content. Content should be user intent also share it on social platforms. Try longtail keywords and the keywords should be optimized well on the articles. Then you can build niche relavant backlinks. ( PBN's and Traffic guest post) also dont use manipulated traffic sites.
