I cant find profitable offers

Anyone knows somwhere where I can find CPL (pay per signup, freetrial, etc) offers? non adult only please

All affililiate offers are rubbish, they only want to grab the cookie from your clicks and then convert them with ads

There is a way you collect the lead first then email sequence them to cpl or whatever offers that way you build a list too. It is a little more work but you just need a lander and email sequences you can probably get more epc off it then sending it directly to offers. If you have the traffic its probably a good idea.
