I can't thread a post on the marketplace because of membership, I can't even reply some post from a reason that I don't understand, I can't message someone... How can I sell my staffs?

Yes, buying VIP is necessary or purchasing a marketplace membership.

To become a Jr. VIP member, you need to:

- Make 100 quality posts on the forum. This means short replies (only a few words) or irrelevant replies/spammy threads will not count and will be deleted by the staff. This is known as post-count inflation.

- Be a member of the forum for 60 days. That is 60 days from the "join date" on your profile.

After you've done these two things (60 days on the forum & 100 quality posts), you go to this page to purchase the Jr. VIP upgrade: https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/upgrades


Once you're a Jr. VIP, you may respond to threads in the Hire a Freelancer & Want to buy sections. You also may post a thread on the marketplace and submit it for approval if you want to offer a service directly to the community.
