I cant capture payment from paypal???!!!!

Hello BHW, i run a droppshiping business for two months and i accept payments from paypal only, but today when i try to capture the new payments i see this message and i cant capture them!

I dont know what to do now because i have 10 new payments pending , and i dont know what to do abut shipping those orders or not?

I use woocomerce for my store, i contacted paypal with email but they have not reply yet! as much as read in internet for this problem i didnt found any solution yet, i hope someone here helps me.
