I can run Tech Support campaign on Bing (Ads)

10 days ago, BA has changed many things, but has not made it official.
Certain niches such as : tech support, make money, dating, etc are no longer approved.
No matter if you have a new website, new card, healthy IP, etc, if you create such campaign(s), account gets banned.
The only way out is certain (very few) people have the "special" knowledge (e.g. latest php coding, etc) and these few people are able to get things approved and ads running.
Search for yourself in BA : There are still ads running in tech support, make money, dating, etc

I concentrate on running tech support ads and am able to run them.
I am not here to scam anyone.
Here is how we can work : We decide if you pay me per click or a percentage of the value of the clicks.
I will NOT ask for any upfront payment.
I will get your ad(s) running and you see it for yourself. Then onwards on a daily basis (end of each day), we discuss the clicks, results, etc and you pay me daily. Fair and transparent for both parties.
What I need to run your ads is just your website / URL : you need not know about any programming, coding, etc. All that is my expertise.

i am using cloaking service for running tech support campiagns but only problem i am having is for keywords, if anyone have any knowledge about keywords used in running tech support adds through cloaking that will be appreciated please inbox if anyone have any info

I guess, best is to use the Adwords keyword research tool (I know u r using B/Ads, though)
