In terms of the name, it's a name which is easy to pronounce. But if you are looking for a resale value, you must work on it to make it valuable. A domain name, no matter how good, is valueless unless you make it valuable. It's like selecting the name of your business, now comes the hard part of planning, strategy, execution.

I think its a good invetment as the name its easy to be find by your audience and its a good name .Now it also depend on you to write the best content ,rank the blog etc

But in order to build a brand around it you need to secure social profiles names that matches with this name, if you cant find exact name (it is very difficult to get this name for social profiles).
Its value will increase once you build a brand and generate traffic.

I will be harsh. No one cares about the domain, literally no one. You can build "besttraveltipsfordumbpeople.com" to $10k/month if you know what you are doing. Don't worry about branding if your sole purpose is to make money (exception - if you want to sell the domain, in that case, you don't really need to ask that question).
