I bought Scrapebox, now what?

Hello Guys,

I bought Scrapebox to create tier 2 & 3 Backlinks. Since there are so many changes in interface and their FAQ I am not able to understand a thing how and from where to start.
I have wasted couple of hours just to understand settings and their purpose.

I would like to find and create backlinks and tier 2/3 properties.
Also want to do contact form submission.

I intend to buy captcha and proxies but first need to get some success before buying it.

If anyone guide me that will be appreciated.

Maybe @loopline can help, I haven't used it for a while, but he sums things up pretty good I notice.

As the guy above me mentioned, you should watch loopline's tutorials, that's your start.

Using scrapebox is not easy, and since it has many use cases, it can seem confusing at the begining.

Don't let the learning curve draw you back, with all the respect couple of hours is not enough, its not a fire and forget program

It needs a lot of setup, understanding of the key mechanics, some good proxies and reasonable goals from your end - but its worth it at the end.
 
lol i remember way back i was the same, confused as fuck, it'll take some time before you master it buddy. As they say above, watch the videos.

The thing is videos are mostly old and interface has been changed. Thanks anyway.

Yes bro I am not trying to learn all the things at once. I want to try and master one thing at a time. Surely couple of hours might not be enough but it should show some outcomes. I am not even able to harvest urls correctly. I don't know whether this is machine issue or some setting issue.
But I will put more efforts in this surely. Thanks.

I honestly do not remember the last time I used Scrapebox for link building, but use it for finding expired web 2.0

so look into that
 
To post to blog comment sites you'll need to scrape them with footprints first or buy a auto approve list

I do agree though, after going through many of the videos on scrapebox the interface has changed some and it isnt quite as literal in the videos to learn the program as it may have been before.
 
I was as well looking for scrapebox updated videos, new version doesn't resemble with any of the existing manuals or video.

Nothing that I share publicly, but there are huge lists. Just do

site:blackhatworld.com footprints list

and search that on google and you will get a bucket load.

Your probably watching the wrong videos. When the interface massively changes I generally redo that feature with a new video. But for more videos the interface is 95% to 99.95% the same and in those cases I don't redo the video. Scrapebox works really hard to keep the interface the same as much as possible because of the videos and so people don't have to relearn things.

However of coruse sometimes there is no choice but to redo it.
 
OP, I'm in the same boat as you. Bought Scrapebox 2 years back & have recently decided to crack the nut.

As virtually everyone has mentioned, @loopline is THE Scrapebox expert: definitely consume his materials (videos, site, etc.).

I was consuming his content before I joined BHW. Then when I found him here his advice in the forum has added to my understanding of things. Hell, it's hard enough to not stalk him bothering him about every little thing (but he seems a good sport about helping out new guys here).

Here's what I do: take baby steps. That has provided me with solid progress & mastery of a given program/concept/method in IM. If you try to learn it all you'll go crazy and quit.

Take small bites of the apple. You'll be alright.

P.S. - Threads like these always have a little gold in them (that search string reference to be specific). Mine what you find, bookmark it & refer back to it. That stuff adds up!

I will look deeper. But yesterday I just downloaded the trial of GSA and created 30 T2 link in an hour. It was that simple and easy, while a project was running I was able to modify it in mid and it was smooth and indeed a learning process but with scrapebox I am still there where I was on day 1. :D

It need bit a research I must say. Though it has more features I assume.
 
the tool is no longer good for creating links as comment links have no longer the same value,
use it to make a list for gsa ser is the best deal for link creation
 
It is a long way to learn to work with scrapebox but it's worth it
