I blog got hit by Google update

So three days ago, I noticed my ranking keywords started dropping massively, even the few ones that are still ranking are no longer receiving traffic. At the moment, I'm so sick and tired, all the hard work and sleepless nights have all gone down the drain. The worst is I did not perform any blackhat techniques on my site, and all articles were manually and well written. I audited the blog and found nothing incriminating. I hardly build backlinks, 98% if my links came naturally, altho most of them are of low quality.

Please guys, how do I bounce back, I've invest so much in this.

Can you please PM me your site URL? I see many sites were affected by this major update, but you could have made a mistake too. If you wish to share your site, send me a PM. Don't share it in public as it would cause unwanted issues. I would like to have a look and find out the causes so I can avoid such issues on my site too.

yep, everyone got the same, keep producing contents and add some backlinks regularly that what people said
 
Wait for 1-2 weeks.

3 of my sites got hit on 1st June. All their rankings disappeared and not even ranking for anything. But they all came back exactly 2 weeks later... Most of the rankings returned. Many other webmasters experienced the same as me - got hit, but returned later.

As of today, even my other sites that got hit on the first day when the update went live have also gradually returned.

I believe it is some intentional 'sandbox'. Just wait for at least 2 weeks.

For now, just take a break. Or, you can keep pumping articles or focus on another project.

Is there an official statement or do you just assume that they messed up and try to fix this?
 
I’m sorry to hear what happened to your site. It’s happened to a lot of sites.

It‘s hard to figure out the reason because it’s impossible to outguess an algorithm. It’ll take some time and crowdsourced data to figure out why sites got hit.

I would just continue working on the site the same way and make any changes that are required whenever people figure out the reason for the hit.

My conclusion that they messed things badly is coming from my own analysis on the situation of my websites + feedback from more experimented websmasters (like the ones in the a/m thread)
 
when I removed Ai content, my serp is a bit improved, from 2 keywords in top 10 increased to 7 keywords

No reason to be rude. I just asked because you answered the post before like it is a sure thing and not an analysis of you.

And there is already a post of mine in this thread with details of what I have noticed.
 
This is not the end.

Let me just get that out of the way.

If you look at big niche sites using SEMrush or Ahrefs, many of them show a dip in their traffic trajectory.

While it's true that a lot of the sites show a nice, upward trajectory with no dips over an extended period of time, this is not absolute.

A lot of sites that later on become very successful and generate a lot of money, go through some dips.

So don't let this depress you.

It might seem like you went from a decent amount of traffic to almost zero traffic.

Use this opportunity to figure out what went wrong.

You did say that 98% of your links came naturally but a lot of them are low-quality.

Start there!

Also, you might want to look into internal linking.

Pay attention to your SEMrush's or Ahrefs's reports.

Which of your pages are still ranking decently and which ones are sunk?

Try to link to the pages that are ranking decently from the ones that sunk.

See if that can boost your rankings.

First, you have to be careful doing this.

You can't do it randomly.

You have to make sure that these pages are categorically related.
 
Do not worry, keep adding good content. You will recover. Do not think about selling your blog.
