I just wanna ask because as I am going to buy Scrapebox using the "bhw" for discount with my paypal account (verified) but an error.

Saying "Sorry, were unable to process your payment" , what's this supposed to mean?

it happens when you don't have money in your pocket or your connection time out. or your PayPal is under some case of refund. and temp seized.

You tripped the paypal antifraud for some reason, fake address, etc...

Make sure that you have enough money in your PP if not pay with credit card, it should work.

I guess it's because of my connection. I am just using wireless broadband and have stupid speed because I am out of town. Also we had this stupid typhoon visiting our country.

pay from paypal through proxy of the country which paypal is registered if u have a russian paypal pay through using russian proxies or u will never be able to pay!

This is a common error if you just received a payment but you are trying to spend the money.
Let the money sit 24 hours and try it again.

Get a credit/debit card to pay for scrapebox. Alternatively you could get a VCC to help you out as well.
