Hahha... Dear everyone here is SEO Expert or SEO noob. So at average you can say that everyone know SEO.

I have question did you pass any exam and get this tag "SEO Expert" ?

An Internet connection and a pulse.

Anyone can claim they're an "SEO expert" because this industry is, for the most part, unregulated. There's no real requirement to enter this industry, but this by itself is a double-edged sword; it's a great way for people to get started in becoming an entrepreneur, but it also attracts jokers who read a few "facts", regurgitate them on their penny-a-month blog, and call themselves an SEO expert a week later.

It's not like becoming a medical doctor where it's extremely difficult to fake it, that is unless you're Malachi Love-Robinson.

I hope it stays unregulated (seems like it would be difficult too anyway) jokers usually get found out fast enough, and those that are good will gain a reputation for it.


Heard about that guy, wonder why he choose being a doctor instead of something less gross.
 
Joined only for one day, and starts making an outlandish claim that he is an expert/Legend in SEO. Also doesn't know who Rand is, and tells others not to reply unless they need his help.

Before you go on and self proclaim yourself as an expert here on BHW of all places, attach proof of your expertise in ANY facet of SEO, be it for on page or off page optimization.

Secondly, learn to spell.

Oh and thirdly, if you think making such a post is a great way to get attention that can convert into income- think again. This isn't Warrior Forum or WickedFire, this is BHW.

It's people like you that gives freelancers and agencies the bad reputation it enjoys in every continent of the world. Go earn your rupees elsewhere.

Not necessarily. You'd be surprised about how many "experts" are running rampant in the SEO industry. The more clever ones usually get a bunch of people to vouch for them initially and won't outright refer to themselves as "gurus" or "experts".

Aside from that, a part of me does like how it is right now with the ease of entry into the industry.
