As long as you deliver value in the content, there will not be any problem as such. But if you are interested in showing your face, that's even better for viewer engagement and YT also understands that the channel belongs to you. Linking your identity with your channel is important and becomes handy when you face any issue related to hacking of channel.
So think about it. You need not panic abt it. If you can show your face at least on some of your videos, that is ok. You need not appear on all videos. Hope it helps.
