You're making it seem like you've learned nothing from your online journey, and after your success & subsequent failures that you must now become a student now and I don't think that's the right mentality. Maybe your younger self just wanted it more? Thought about your ideas more throughly, worked harder and achieved it?

the method that we used was a website we ranked in 6+ months and now I cannot wait 6 months to rank a new website.
and this is why i am here for learning a quick earning way with my $1100

You should really take a full-time offline job and do online stuff until the online one gonna selling a lot

thank you a lot but i live in a country where it is hard/almost impossible to get a full-time job and the salary is too low.
 
I would say best is Join Maxbounty (There is a selection process but as long as you are confident and know what your traffic sources you can do it) Learn about adwords & bing ads how they work , landing pages etc how to create them. They give bonus as well around $100 for new accounts so it can be a good start. As Dropshipping surely require good amount around $2k minimum and testing not to forget :)

I need a method what is 100% guaranteed to work and at this moment working on this will be not possible for me because this is the last fund that remains for my life. :'(

Social media Likes/followers Increase

First 2 you can do it on fiverr. Get your account up buy some reviews so fiverr can bring your offers up.
for 2nd one the best place would be upwork.

3rd one depends if you are into black hat sell your services in groups etc.

If you are touching any new area in internet marketing there is some surely some downfall down the line from which you will learn and which will lead to success.

If you feel really unsecure its better you do something offline that can bring food on table pay for rents etc

its very hard here to get a offline good job .

All you need sir is to work on a good Resume/CV, after you're done with the Resume/CV (it needs to be in a PDF format) upload it in the application form and they will get back to you in few days with further details. You can write whatever you want in the Resume/CV, but make it look legit and connected to the certain position that you're applying for.

I had experience only with Social Media Evaluator (program) at Appen and Map Analyst (program) at Lionbridge. Both good companies with a decent payment.

you can make up to 10k per month with just adsense and simple website, but its sadly not really “legal” way...
