I am thinking about doing IG and CPA, but I don't know where to start and how to do it.

Do you have a link to a good seller for a dropshipping store?
 
This may sound depressing, but I wouldn't really do any of the money making methods on this website with only $1,100 and trust in them as a primary income source. There are a ton of ideas on here that work but they take hundreds of hours of work in my opinion to become successful. Personally, I would try to find a regular job and work on a niche on the side.
 
Take any job for now and work your way up in IM. Problem with IM it takes weeks , even months to get results.
 
Since you have the experience why not start a sales thread in the marketplace section and offer your services?

Start somewhere. Make 10 Twitter accounts and 10 Instagram accounts. If you want to only focus on one, Instagram since it is more diverse.
Build a brand that leads to CPA or download offers and use Jarvee to interact with targeted audiences. If your accounts get blocked try again with proxies. Set this up and you will be able to at least generate money while figuring out other things.

Many people started from zero and now they are earning $20,000/month
IM is not only for those people who have huge budget to invest
To success in IM you have to invest money or to invest time and effort

Every method can work if you know how to use it in the right way
if you have the experience in paid traffic you can try Facebook ads + CPA
or you can make a good android app on google play and put adsense inside it

but i advise you to follow this method if you want the most risk free way

Personally I wouldn't do ig botting + cpa. You need time to warm up accounts, will likely get bans and follow blocks. It requires testing and optimizing.
Try getting jr vip and sell your skills here if you're good as several has mentioned.

I was trying to Buy JR VIP but I have checked that there are not many sales on any threads, I can see few best web design service providers with 1-2 sales only.
