HI!
I am a blogger and looking for writers to write for my blog.
But instead of paying directly I want to allow writers to place adsense codes in between the posts to make money.
Will this idea work?

That sort of business model is not uncommon for a larger site but if your site only gets like 10K UV a day or something it is really not viable.
