I am looking for a good article submitter

First of all i want to say sorry if this is not the right place to post this. I have enough posts to write a request in the right place, but there i should ask for a specific program and i am not sure what to use. So i would kindly ask you for suggestions about a few of the best article submitter with it`s price. If its free and working it will be the best option for me as i am trying something new right now.
