Since I am looking to buy something, I am wondering if this is legit - Airpods 2 at just $30 - is a direct link.
Also I tried to report item since I really think is a scam or something but it doesn't work at all and also the seller is selling those airpods like 25 / hour.

My question ... is safe to buy? Or what is the scam here?

I think you dont risk it tbh.
Simply bc I have seen many of these things turn out to be a scam.
How come he is selling so much so cheap. Unless they are stolen.
Anyway I think its better safe than sorry!

Yes, you are correct, the problem is that report item link doesn't work, I called ebay to document it, I read their reviews as seller, but nothing recent ... so it seems to be a hacked account or a rented one. I'm not gonna risk it but ... just WONDERING - since a lot of people already bought it and still bought it as you can see - 1 sold at 2-3 minutes.

It are most likely fake copies. They will probably receive a copyright infringement and court letter within a week.
 
The description of the item literally has 6 ‘advantages’ at the bottom that highlights the fact these are fakes/clones
