Google is also scanning hard, you should use a blank browser to detect and use a clean proxy and create a new account, one more note use a new card less add to previous dead accounts, if you have a credit card, the trust will be even higher. Good luck)
You will have to appeal each and every Google Ads account that gets suspended. If they have a clean white campaign at time of suspensions, then atleast 8 out of 10 accounts will ideally get reactivated.
In my case, I use the same vcc in upto 5 Google Ads accounts without any issues. Ofcourse 4 out of 5 get suspended. But, then when I appeal these 4 Google Ads account suspensions, atleast 3 accounts get reactivated and then I use them.
