OP you can try Konker. Please note, tons of shitty service is available there as well. It's not about country or marketplace it's their way to provide the service. Even I bought an article from US native writer and landed up with some spun garbage article. Now I cant say I will not use US writers ever. I need to look for something better which and what I can afford. And the biggest problem is manipulation of feedback or review. It's everywhere even in BHW marketplace as well. So no way to judge it before you buy or test it yourself.

Fiverr has a huge problem with fake reviews and it's so out of hand it's not worth the time or trouble dealing with it.

Try Upwork, they take care of buyers.

You have always ask for recent samples regardless if the person is from India or Ukraine or US.

That's the only way you'll know what to expect. Also, don't just go for the cheapest guys.... I normally ignore the cheapest guys, unless they stand out from the crowd (i.e branding, good service/product description, good reviews with samples).

I've mostly only had positive experiences - even with people from those nations you're complaining about.
