I am creating adwords for australia and US. iS THERE ANY PERSON HERE WHO CAN PROVIDE OF CARDS WHICH ARE HERE TO USE IN ADWORDS?

I have cards but they are not being accepted by Google. Is there any alternative solution to this ?

If so, that's not legitimate and legal both; in which case, it could result in ban and to top it off you are selling this data to OP then without a doubt you will be perma banned!
