Right now my main two focuses are OF and real estate. I finish real estate by the time school comes back around so that's off my plate. In terms of OF I can hire a VA very easily. Once I get a decent chunk of money I will focus on PJ arbitrage. I think I came off incorrect in terms of claiming all of these simultaneously which was my mistake. I do like how everyone is giving me advice however so thank you guys for that!
Totally agree with Thorr, It's okay to dream big but try to not bite off more than you can chew. Remember it's better to walk with small steps and reach your destination than rush and fall!
IMPROVING UI means there problem has been already solved (UI already exists), knowing the medical industry it means there are multi-million/billion dollar companies you're going to compete against which have dozens of engineers working on improving their existing software. AI integrations... say what? "let me introduce <buzzword of the week> into something and make quadrillions". I wish you all the best, but get to know the industry and see if odds are in your favor. Developing any medical software requires deep knowledge of the field and subject, robustness, years of in-practice testing, experience and government approvals, certifications, compliance with standards etc.
To set up a medical software company you need medical professional license (as few sources state). Which also solidifies my belief you haven't done the most fundamental research.
Those are big boy things, done by a team of computer scientists, not a single developer.

Simply ideas, agreed not enough research at all just explaining my goals. I agree software is too ambitious but PJ arb isnt far fetched. I can lease softwares already developed and have a dev tweak it a little no?
Being crazy is a positive attribute. It takes craziness to have big success in any business, nowadays.
I'm doing the RE course to build connections and learn all the basics in terms of real estate. Fuck being a realtor I don't plan to use it for that. I am only 3 weeks or so out from getting my license so I might as well stick to it. Thank you for the insight brother I appreciate it!
