We all have a shiny object syndrome and i wish you success my friend. I'm sure in one thing if you focus on too many things and jump from one another it will most likely fail in every single sector that you do. Rather focus on 1 thing and crush that 1 thing first before moving on to another. You only have 24h a day.

lol... its about building habits and doing things every day in which I do not want to necessarily do. Every rich person who I have met says the same thing. Its all about mindset before anything.
This reminds me of people who copy things without understanding the why. Guys like you care about the image more than the process.

Yes. Don't jump all at a time. Do one and another

seems like you got a lot on your plate good luck. id recommend focusing on one or two things and really putting all your effort into that once you have it down hire some people to take over your tasks that you have found success with.

A BHW member once posted these pictures, which capture it very well.
The day has only 24h so focus only on one project.

Right now my main two focuses are OF and real estate. I finish real estate by the time school comes back around so that's off my plate. In terms of OF I can hire a VA very easily. Once I get a decent chunk of money I will focus on PJ arbitrage. I think I came off incorrect in terms of claiming all of these simultaneously which was my mistake. I do like how everyone is giving me advice however so thank you guys for that!

If You Chase Two Rabbits, You Will Not Catch Either One ....
Totally agree with Thorr, It's okay to dream big but try to not bite off more than you can chew. Remember it's better to walk with small steps and reach your destination than rush and fall!

medical software company to improve user interface as well as AI integrations
IMPROVING UI means there problem has been already solved (UI already exists), knowing the medical industry it means there are multi-million/billion dollar companies you're going to compete against which have dozens of engineers working on improving their existing software. AI integrations... say what? "let me introduce <buzzword of the week> into something and make quadrillions". I wish you all the best, but get to know the industry and see if odds are in your favor. Developing any medical software requires deep knowledge of the field and subject, robustness, years of in-practice testing, experience and government approvals, certifications, compliance with standards etc.
not have to go to med school lol
To set up a medical software company you need medical professional license (as few sources state). Which also solidifies my belief you haven't done the most fundamental research.
I have the premise of the company down as well as a developer to help back me.
Those are big boy things, done by a team of computer scientists, not a single developer.
Private Jet Charter Arbitrage company
Yeah... that's an obvious one. I don't feel like explaining...

Have I fallen for a bait? If not, i wish the best of luck to you.

Simply ideas, agreed not enough research at all just explaining my goals. I agree software is too ambitious but PJ arb isnt far fetched. I can lease softwares already developed and have a dev tweak it a little no?

Hello everyone, thank you for welcoming me to this forum. I am looking forward to sharing my journey here as I continue to grow and flourish. I am 19 years old and currently trying to gain financial freedom and not have to go to med school lol... I currently have an OF management company to gain capital to start a medical software company to improve user interface as well as AI integrations. I am also currently getting my real estate license and only have about 2-3 weeks left; I started 1.5 weeks ago. Also looking to start a Private Jet Charter Arbitrage company very soon. I have the premise of the company down as well as a developer to help back me. I feel crazy trying to do all this with volunteering for Hospitals as well as shadowing but I am able to manage it all so far.

Quickly glanced over your intro and posts. In some ways you remind me of myself a decade ago. I know many are saying not to do too many things, and while that's true, it's really subjective. You know your limits, and try to know yourself better.

While you have 24 hours and doing one thing is better; you only have one life — do it all.

Know your weaknesses and that'll expose your limits. Design your schedule around it. You're forming good habits, that's a great start.

I see value in the jet charter arbitrage. If I were you, I'd put my focus there. Invest the money you make from your OF operation into that. Real estate seems like a dead thing to me, unless you're using that to build connections that could somehow benefit your charter biz, I wouldn't take it seriously.

I'm doing the RE course to build connections and learn all the basics in terms of real estate. Fuck being a realtor I don't plan to use it for that. I am only 3 weeks or so out from getting my license so I might as well stick to it. Thank you for the insight brother I appreciate it!
