I was ranked on one of my larger websites, for about 100+ keywords, bringing in over 15k unique views/day, then suddenly SERP for all of them dropped from 1st place, down to middle-bottom page. Backlinks are made all the time - always posting quality content - the domains over a year old and had a solid position for months. So yeah, just wondering if anyone else suffered the in the last day or two - and if the SERPs have picked back up for you?

    Thanks for reading,

I've been going from 3-4th to page 25+ at least 5 time in the last 2 months, don't know what causes it, but its hella annoying.

Have you recovered from it? or do they just stay there? as I was earning about $80/day from it, and earnings have dropped to about $15/day, which kinda sucks lol.

yeah I experience like clockwork, luckily everytime it happens i move up a little higher or the same but my earnings always go to sh*t. One of my sites earlier this week worked it way up from number 5 or 6(i don't remember precisely) to number 2 for the keyword i'm targeting. I start making good money and then within 3 days it jumps back to page 3(i was on page one for months) and then finally page 8. Normally i find sh*t like this tends to last around a week, and then it comes back up either higher or close to where you were before.

Thanks for this info, glad to know that it normally comes back. I was all worried that I did something wrong. Hopefully all of our sites are back up top soon!

You have to consider your competition. They do SEO too.
    Its not always your fault.

I've had Google dance for me before, but never with a 1yr+ old site with as much content as I have on this one. I'll give it a while, continue building backlinks, and hopefully push back up higher. Thanks for the info.

The exact same thing happened to me. Google even placed my posts at #1-#3 as soon as I made them. Huh.
