Hub Pages Help

I want to know few things about Hub Pages. Can anyone please help me? I want to increase my hub page followers is there any way out? My hubs are of good quality but they are not yet featured. Moreover I want to know the hub page earnings. I have entered my adsense id but not the paypal (as I dnt have it). Will I be eligible for hub page earnings? How will I post questions and answers on hub? Where can I see my commenting level?

Please Help Me.

But the problem is that I do not have paypal account as it is blocked. So cannot create another one as well.

Why can't you create another PayPal account?

I think you should wait until your PayPal issues gets resolved, as there's no other option of payment on HubPages currently. Thanks.
