Huawei Cloud - Elastic Cloud Server: Worth it?

Does anyone know how the Huawei Cloud small to medium-scale servers hold up in comparison to AWS? Are they reliable? Speed comparable? I'm considering the year trial for a new site.

in my mind
huawei = alibaba
they have look similar interfaces in some area.
on alibaba you only have 20% limit of CPU for small instance.
sorry I don't look deep into huawei
