HTTPS vs SOCKS5: Instagram

Which is better when you use a software like Jarvee? I have so far only tried HTTPS but read somewhere that SOCKS5 should be better, since it hide the original IP address. So, what is better for Instagram?

The protocols have virtually no real distinctions between them but I've found HTTP proxies to be more stable when it comes to connectivity issues.

For connection speed and overall stability, I'd have to lean towards HTTP proxies. While socks5 is a great deal more flexible overall, I don't think it should have that much difference, particularly for Instagram. Might need to look further into it in case something is there.

Use HTTP proxies. I just use Socks5 for regular browsing because it makes my browsing secure.
