https://smmpowered.com doesn't work, and the service doesn't refund money?

I saw this website in this post: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/buy-instagram-followers.1653686/

I registered and deposited $10 to try it out because I needed some followers for an Instagram page. I logged in and bought 1,100 followers yesterday, but none arrived. I waited until today, and still, nothing. I contacted support, and they refunded about $3 for the followers, saying they were in the middle of an update.

But if you’re undergoing an update, why don’t you write that somewhere visible so people don’t register at all? Or is this a tactic to get people to deposit money, and then the website doesn’t work? (I can prove this with screenshots of what I’m saying.)

Well amount is small , but still you can open dispute thread .

Such a small amount, but how can we trust this service again? If they don’t refund $10, do you think they would refund $100 or $1,000?
 
If SMMpowered.com isn't working and doesn't refund, contact their support, check their refund policy, or dispute the charge through your payment provider.

In the conversation we had about the refund within the website, they responded when I asked about the refund, but when I asked if I could withdraw my money from their website, they didn’t respond anymore.

What do you think if I create a website and say that I provide this service, but in reality, I don’t do anything on the website and people keep sending money? Would that be considered a scam?
 
Day 3, I tried once again to buy followers, and still nothing?

Here’s the conversation where I told you that since your website isn’t working, you should refund the money I sent you. And now they’re acting like they don’t understand.

I paid through Cryptomus, but I’m not sure what to do. The worst part is that I got this website here in BH, and many others might fall victim to this site as well.
 
After some discussions, they refunded my money. In the end, it turned out they weren't scammers, it's just that the service I needed was not provided by their service. The money was refunded. All the best to you.
