I think the better-made ones (findanyanswer.com) will pass a manual review. I've seen similar sites scraping places like stackoverflow.com and lasting.

It's a lot of pages they've managed to get indexed though. I'm curious how they've managed that.

There's perhaps an argument that they are too large to even notice. While smaller authority sites are likely to notice.
I've been on a DMCA spree for the last 6 weeks as I only have around 1200 posts. If I had 200,000, I probably wouldn't noticed some content being scraped.

If nobody ever discussed methods they found, this website would surely not exist today. Of course it is completely fair and reasonable to post this kind of thing and open it for discussion. Your job as a blackhatter is to improve your method or add a twist to it to keep it alive and working for you.
